Description of Services

Warp Domains provides domain name suggestions based on user input keywords using AI. Users can purchase credits (Warps) to generate domain name suggestions. Domains are stored in a private catalog and users can check the status of each domain.

User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

Payment and Pricing

Users can purchase Warps for a one-time fee. Each Warp allows the generation of 6 domain name suggestions. Freemium and paid plans are available. All payments are processed through Stripe.

Prices for Warps are subject to change, and we will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

Commercial Use Restriction

Users on the freemium plan are prohibited from using generated domain names for commercial purposes. Paid users are permitted to use generated names commercially.

User Conduct and Obligations

Users agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to, using it for illegal purposes or interfering with other users' access to the Service.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Service, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by Warp Domains.

Users are granted a limited license to use the Service to generate domain name suggestions, which can be used for personal and commercial purposes.

This license does not allow users to copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service itself without explicit permission from Warp Domains.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
